"Hilaria" - Hillary Baldwin, the fake accent and the cucumber trap

The culprit was a cucumber. Yet, what a great idea this filmed gazpacho recipe is when you're 1) a starlet in need of attention, 2) a self-proclaimed yoga queen, and 3) an apostle of "healthy living & eating." But especially when you're the guest of a Hispanic food festival and your name is Hilaria Baldwin, aspiring to be more than the wife of one of the 90s' favorite actors, Alec Baldwin. On this October morning in 2015, in front of the cameras of NBC's Today Show, Hilaria Baldwin launches into the list of ingredients for her iconic Iberian cold soup: tomatoes, garlic, a bell pepper, and "what do you say in English again?" she says, pointing to a plate of cucumbers.
